There are a number of ways to create a tag to view a group people together. Let’s start with the basic one first.
Creating a new tag through Settings
1. On your Dashboard page, select Settings in the top right corner.
2. On the Tags menu, select New Tag.
3. Enter in a unique name for your tag. This is a required field.
4. Enter names in the Add Assessees or tags field, or import them via .csv using the steps below.
5. You can finish here and select Save, or you can write an optional description, or control what contacts can do with this tag.
6. Select Save to create the tag.
To import names to a tag via .csv a. Select Import beside the Add assessees or tags field. b. Select Select File to find the .csv file. c. Navigate to the .csv file, and select Open. d. Select Import. |
Creating a new tag when setting up filters in cMetrics
1. From your Dashboard, select Analytics from the banner. You’ll default to the cMetrics
2. Begin entering in names in the Filter by Tag or name field.
3. Select the Green Tag, and in the drop-down, select Add to Tag.
4. Enter in a unique name for your tag.
5. Hit Save.
Creating a new tag when doing a search in cTalent
1. From your Dashboard, select Analytics from the banner.
2. Click on cTalent.
3. Begin entering in names in the Search for a Tag or Name field.
4. Select the Green Tag, and in the drop down, select Add to Tag.
5. Enter in a unique name for your Tag.
6. Hit Save.
Creating a new tag when placing an order
1. On your Dashboard, select Place an Order.
2. On the Place an Order page, select Edit across from Tags.
3. Enter in a unique name for your tag.
4. Hit Save.
