To order new reports for existing assessees by Tags:
- From the Dashboard or Reports Tab, select Order Report.
- Begin typing in the Assessee field the Name of a Tag.
- Select a Tag from the search results.
- Enter any required and optional values.
Note: This screen is similar to the create a new Assessee screen. Information entered will be applied to all Assessees in the Tag.
- Once completed click Save. The Tag token will be located in the Assessee field of the order.
- To view information about the assessees in the tag, click on the Tag icon.
Note: All assessees in the Tag will be viewable, including any assessees in nested Tags.
- To Edit information about the Tag, including adding or removing assessees, click on the Edit pencil icon next to the Tag name.
Edit Tag Options includes:
- Change the name of the Tag
- Change description of the Tag
- Change assessees in the Tag (add or delete)
- Change users that can view/edit the Tag
Note: The color of individual assessee icons in the Tag indicates whether assessees have all required information added. If so, icons will appear in GREEN as shown in image below.
If any required information is missing within the Tag, icons will appear in RED as shown in image below.
To Edit an assessee within a Tag to add missing information:
- Click on the pencil edit icon next to the assessee and enter required information
- An order cannot be submitted until all required information is entered
