June 19th, 2026 - New Caliper AI Collaboration Foundations model
As the world of work changes rapidly, AI collaboration capabilities have become increasingly necessary. Organizations now need to identify, understand, and develop the human characteristics that help people work effectively with AI. The Caliper AI Collaboration Foundations model was created to meet this need and includes a set of competencies that scientific research has identified as being important for AI collaboration success.
This model consists of the personal characteristics that help shape how someone approaches AI-enabled work for optimal results. These characteristics enable individuals to evaluate outputs, learn new tools, adapt their workflow, communicate concerns, and stay accountable while working with AI.
The AI Collaboration Foundations model includes competencies based on three areas needed for effective AI collaboration:
Judgment: How people evaluate information, uncertainty, context, and risk
Caliper competencies: Analytical Thinking, Business Acumen
Curiosity: How people learn, explore, and adapt as work and tools change
Caliper competencies: Learning Agility, Creativity and Innovation, Comfort with Ambiguity
Connection: How people communicate, collaborate, challenge, and stay accountable in AI-enabled work.
Caliper competencies: Collaboration and Teamwork, Communication, Conflict Management
Availability:
- The AI Collaboration Foundations Model has been added as a new model for all current Caliper Analytics users.
- It is currently only available in US English, with additional language translations on the way.
- Caliper Essentials Reports using this new model will also be made available later in 2026.
Recommended use:
- The model is intended to be used in conjunction with other existing job models in order to get a better understanding of someone’s natural potential to collaborate with AI.
- The model is relevant for any role where employees are expected to use, evaluate, collaborate, and work responsibly with AI-supported tools or outputs.

Talent Audit Report Enhancements
The Talent Audit Report (TAR) has been recently updated. The report now focuses on competencies rather than individual traits, aligning with the way we discuss Caliper Profile results with our clients.
This new approach is designed to give you a clearer understanding of your team's strengths and challenges. By moving beyond single trait scores, the enhanced report will help you make more informed decisions and better support the development of your talent. We are confident that this update will provide you with even more actionable insights to maximize the effectiveness of your teams.
Please refer to the Talent Audit Report help pages for more information:
What is the Talent Audit Report? and Interpreting the Talent Audit Report.
Talent Audit Report Export
The export option has now been expanded to include more languages beyond US-English. Users operating in en-(X) cultures are enabled to export the report without needing to change language settings.
October 21st, 2023 - Order by Tag and Talent Audit Report Enhancements
With our latest release, Talogy has added new features to our Caliper Portal Order page and our Analytics Talent Audit Report.
Order by Tag
On the Caliper Portal Order page, users can now order additional reports for every assessee in a tag by searching for and selecting the tag name in the Assessee input field. Previously, you needed to search for and select each existing assessee individually.
Please refer to the Order help page for more details:
Talent Audit Report Enhancements
On the Caliper Portal Talent Analytics page, we have expanded the limits for the number of assessees required to produce the report. Previously, the report required between 5 and 50 assessees to run. With this release, the range has expanded from 1 to 500 assessees.
Note that for 1-4 assessees and greater than 50 assessees, not all elements of the Talent Audit Report are included. The report contains only those that provide meaningful insight for the limited or extensive number of assessees.
